Sound-Dampening Blanket | 80" x 96"
Our sound blankets are manufactured with a woven cotton/polyester shell around a 100% recycled cotton filler for the ultimate in absorbing sound. These are our thickest blankets, in an 85g weight fabric, compared to our non-woven blankets in 30-35g weight fabrics.

A woven black polyester binding adds durability and features nine grommets across the 80" end for easy hanging.

The size, price, and quality for this blanket are all exceptional. I use this for my VO home studio, and it's perfect. I did some researching and felt this was the best choice compared to other sound blankets due to product reviews and its material.

This is the second time I have ordered Cargo Control moving blankets for sound absorption. they are super easy to hang with the grommets and soak up the extraneous noise in my studio.
I walk in and immediately feel the difference in sound pressure in my ears.

The sound blankets worked out perfect. I used them to make a soundbooth as well as a control room in my garage. I had to put additional grommets to accomodate my application. They only have grommets on one side of the 6 foot length. Otherwise, for the price and quality you can't beat it. They're good for conditioning a room but will not soundproof it.
