Heavy-Duty Tie Down Straps
Thicker edging for durability: created with a concentration of fabric, not a wire or other enhancement.
2" straps with 13,000 lbs. webbing: higher than typical 12,000 lbs. webbing.
4" straps with a webbing break strength of 24,000 lbs: the strongest heavy duty straps in the industry. This means our 4" BlackLine ratchet straps and chain extension winch straps have a working load limit of 6,670 lbs.- the strongest available.
We created BlackLine heavy duty webbing straps so we could offer our customers the strongest webbing straps possible. Both the BlackLine 2" straps and the 4" straps feature a higher break strength than typical webbing, which creates a higher working load limit to meet the toughest of jobs. BlackLine 4" ratchet straps have a working load limit of 6,670 lbs., while competitor's straps top out at 5,400 lbs. BlackLine 2" ratchet straps boast a working load limit of 3,333 lbs. up from typical 3300 lb. limits of other straps.
With a variety of lengths and assemblies, including chain extensions, wire hooks and flat hooks, BlackLine is an excellent choice if you're looking for heavy duty tie downs. Chain extensions and wire hooks have zinc-plating for extra corrosion resistance. Flat hooks have black powder-coating for protection, as do ratchet assemblies on the line of 2" BlackLine straps.
All BlackLine heavy duty ratchet straps, roll off container straps, and winch straps are labeled with their working load limit to meet CVSA guidelines, DOT regulations, and WSTDA, CHP and North American Cargo Securement standards.
