How to Attach Pallet Rack Netting (Strap-Mounted Webbing)

1. Position the Net

• Hold the net up against the back of the pallet rack bay
• Align it so it fully covers the open area behind stored products
• Make sure the webbing grid is centered across the bay

2. Secure the Top Straps

• Start at the top beam
• Wrap each top strap over or around the horizontal beam
• Feed the strap through its buckle and pull tight

3. Attach the Side Straps

• Wrap the vertical edge straps around the upright posts
• Tighten each strap so the net sits flat and square

4. Secure the Bottom Straps

• Attach the bottom straps to the lower beam or rack wire decking
• Pull straps tight to remove slack and prevent sagging

5. Adjust Tension Across the Net

• Go back and tighten all straps evenly
• The net should be:

• Not sagging or loose
• Sitting flush against the rack opening
