Also known as load lever binders or snap binders, these tensioning devices tighten a chain with the lever action of the forged steel handle. Recommended for using with 1/4" grade 70 transport chain. All of our load binders meet regulations from both the DOT and FMCSA; and are stamped with size, break strength, and work load limit information for quick reference.
