This two-piece chain and binder package is ideal for flatbed securement and is made in the USA. It includes a 3/8" Columbus McKinnon ratchet binder and a 3/8" x 20' grade 70 chain.
The heavy duty domestic ratchet load binder has a handle with self-locking, one-way bolts so it's easy to remove debris, mud, ice, or snow. Forged steel construction offers superior strength, with a powder coated finish to protect it from the elements. Designed with gears permanently welded to the barrel for long-lasting quality.
This domestic standard link grade 70 chain is equipped with clevis grab hooks on each end, and features a yellow zinc chromate finish for protection from the elements. It's manufactured in a high-strength carbon steel for long-lasting quality and 20% more strength than grade 43 chain. This chain is also strength-tested and heat-treated for maximum safety and durability.
All of our tie down chain is FMCSA / DOT compliant and meets or exceeds FMCSA CFR49 Section 393.104 and NACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications, while all of our chain binders are FMCSA / DOT compliant and meet or exceed WSTDA T-6 Recommended Standards. All of the hooks (on both the tie down and the binder) are embossed with the size and the grade, the chain has grade embossing on the links, and the binder includes the working load limit and a traceability code. This ensures quick identifications and stress-free inspections.

Heavy duty and appears high quality. Will tell when I get my first load on the trailer secured down.
At First I was hesitant about spending the extra money for US chain. After getting the chain and binders, I'm glad I did. The binders have a heavier weight rating then Chinese. When DOT pulls you over, they will check the rating of the chain and binders. If your binders are lower then 6600 lbs, you could be at risk. These binders are rated much higher.
