Description
This 2 inch ratchet strap is built with tough and durable blue polyester that resists water absorption, so it won't stretch, mildew, or rot in outdoor conditions. The versatile 12 foot length is fitted with short wire hooks that work well with tie down points that may be more shallow. The smooth-handled ratchet has a wide design for easy grip. Both the ratchet and the hooks are zinc plated for protection from the elements. These double J hook ratchet straps give you a 3,333 pound working load limit. Our ratchet straps meet or exceed DOT and WSTDA guidelines, and are labeled with working load limit information.
Compliant with Industry Standards
All of our ratchet straps are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
