Bolthold SP18-716S Asphalt Anchor - 304 Stainless Steel
The Bolthold SP18-716S asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution designed for demanding asphalt applications where corrosion resistance is essential. This 12" long anchor is ideal for securing mounting plates, fencing, and machinery directly into asphalt surfaces. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, it offers enhanced protection against corrosion, making it well suited for coastal and saltwater-adjacent environments.
Load anchors to no more than 80% of rated pull strength when the structure is self-supporting. If the structure applies a static pull force on the anchors, limit loading to 20% of the rated pull strength.
SP18-716S Asphalt Anchor - Corrosion-Resistant Deep-Set Asphalt Anchoring
Engineered for strength and clean removability, the SP18-716S anchor requires a 1" diameter hole drilled 12" deep and the use of approved grout to achieve proper holding power. A wide top header prevents pull-through during tightening while allowing mounted objects to be removed without leaving surface protrusions.

Installation Tips
- Drill a 1" diameter hole to a depth of 12" for proper anchor embedment.
- Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 2.5".
- Use approved grout and allow full cure time before applying load.
