Bolthold SP10-38S Asphalt Anchor - 304 Stainless Steel
The Bolthold SP10-38S asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution engineered for asphalt installations where corrosion resistance is critical. Designed to perform reliably in 2.5" shallow asphalt, common in walkways and parking lots, this 6" anchor is ideal for mounting bike racks, signage, machinery, and similar fixtures. The 304 stainless steel construction provides enhanced resistance to corrosion, making it well suited for coastal and saltwater-adjacent environments.
Load anchors to no more than 80% of rated pull strength when the structure is self-supporting. If the structure applies a static pull force on the anchors, limit loading to 20% of the rated pull strength.
SP10-38S Asphalt Anchor - Corrosion-Resistant Flush-Mount Anchoring
Built for strength and serviceability, the SP10-38S anchor requires a 7/8" diameter hole drilled 6" deep and the use of compatible grout to achieve proper holding power. A wide top header prevents pull-through during tightening while allowing mounted objects to be removed cleanly without leaving surface protrusions.

Installation Tips
- Drill a 7/8" diameter hole to a depth of 6" for proper anchor embedment.
- Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 3".
- Use approved grout and allow full cure time before applying load.
