Specifications

Manufacturer Name: Bolthold Asphalt Anchors
Description

Bolthold EPX3 10 oz. Anchoring Epoxy Cartridge

The Bolthold EPX3 anchoring epoxy is a two-component resin grout specifically engineered for securing Bolthold asphalt anchors into asphalt surfaces. As the epoxy cures, it flows into the natural crevices of the asphalt, creating a strong mechanical bond between the anchor and the surface. This stress-free bond is designed to maintain long-term performance without weakening over time.

EPX3 Anchoring Epoxy - High-Strength Grout for Asphalt Anchors

Packaged in a convenient 10 oz. cartridge, EPX3 contains both resin components in a single tube and uses a static mixing nozzle to ensure a consistent, accurate blend during dispensing. Designed for demanding jobsite conditions, this epoxy can be applied in temperatures as low as 14°F and is best dispensed using the Bolthold CG40 hi thrust caulk gun.

Key Features

  • Two-Component Resin System: Delivers a strong mechanical bond between asphalt and anchor.
  • Single 10 oz. Cartridge: Contains both resin components in one tube for easy handling.
  • Static Mixing Nozzle Included: Ensures accurate and consistent mixing during application.
  • Cold-Weather Performance: Can be applied at temperatures as low as 14°F.
