Bolthold SP18-716 Asphalt Anchor - Zinc Plated
The Bolthold SP18-716 asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution engineered for demanding asphalt applications. This 12" asphalt anchor bolt is ideal for mounting plates, fencing, machinery, and other heavy fixtures directly into asphalt surfaces. Each anchor comes pre-installed with a bolt and washer and installs flush with the surface for a clean, professional finish.
Load anchors to no more than 80% of rated pull strength when the structure is self-supporting. If the structure applies a static pull force on the anchors, limit loading to 20% of the rated pull strength.
SP18-716 Asphalt Anchor - Deep-Set Flush Mount Asphalt Anchoring
Designed for strength and removability, the SP18-716 anchor requires a 1" diameter hole drilled 12" deep and the use of compatible grout to achieve proper holding power. A wide top header prevents pull-through during tightening while allowing mounted objects to be removed without leaving surface protrusions.

Installation Tips
- Drill a 1" diameter hole to a depth of 12" for proper anchor embedment.
- Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 2.5".
