Side Mount Wheel Net with Ratchet & Flat Hook – Secure Vehicle Transport with 2' Cordura Sleeve Protection
Side mount wheel straps are an easy-to-use solution for securing vehicles during transport. One of our most popular wheel nets for flatbed trailers, this side mount design offers versatility and simple setup. It features a heavy-duty ratchet and flat hook end fitting, allowing securement with just one anchor point on the side of the tire - no need for front and rear anchor points.
This kit includes a 2-foot piece of Cordura sleeve that can be easily slid onto the wheel net strap. This rugged sleeve provides extra abrasion resistance at common wear points, helping extend the life of your strap over time, especially important when used on rough terrain or sharp surfaces.
For optimal safety, use four wheel nets to secure all four tires when tying down any vehicle.
US Cargo Control side mount wheel tie-down straps are made from industrial-grade 12,000 lb. polyester webbing for maximum strength and reliability. This tough webbing resists abrasion, shrinkage, and UV damage, delivering secure vehicle hold with minimal bounce.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
Per WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
