Side mount wheel straps are an easy-to-use solution to secure your vehicle for transport. A very popular side mount wheel net for flatbed trailers, this car trailer strap features a heavy-duty ratchet with chain extension for securing with only one anchor point on the side of the tire instead of needing anchor points in the front and back.
This kit also includes a 2-foot piece of Cordura sleeve that you can slide onto the wheel net strap to protect high-abrasion zones. It adds a layer of rugged durability, helping extend the service life of your tie-down by shielding it from wear caused by friction or contact with rough surfaces.
For safety reasons, it is recommended to use four wheel nets to secure all four tires when tying down any vehicle.
These side mount wheel tie-down straps are made with industrial-grade polyester webbing for maximum hauling strength and durability. The tough webbing secures your vehicle with limited bounce and is abrasion- and shrink-resistant.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
