Lock Pallets in Place With One Kick
The Kick Stops® Wood Floor Cargo Restraint Device is a patented steel pallet lock that keeps freight from walking in transit. Placed against the base of a pallet and set with a single firm kick, it pins itself into the pallet and the trailer's wood floor, penetrating just 1/16" so there's no damage to either, and holds the load tight to the wall, the bulkhead, or the next pallet in line.
Precision machine-formed from high-grade steel, each Kick Stops device is built to replace the airbags, cardboard fillers, 2x4s, and other single-use dunnage that typically fill the gaps between pallets, dunnage that's expensive to buy, slow to install, and headed straight for the landfill.
Distribution teams running Kick Stops report load and unload times cut in half, with real-world facility data showing roughly 20 fewer minutes of load time and about 48% lower dunnage cost per trailer compared to standard dunnage. Since transit damage can cost up to 17 times the original cost to ship, keeping pallets from shifting in the first place pays for itself fast. Major shippers and distribution networks nationwide already rely on Kick Stops to cut inbound damage and dunnage waste.
