Our BlackLine heavy duty ratchet straps are made from strong, durable webbing and high quality hardware, providing you with peace of mind when it matters.
Both 2 inch and 4 inch heavy duty ratchet straps are available with a variety of end hardware options.
Premium Components
Our BlackLine straps are built to last. The 2" straps are made from a webbing with a break strength of 13,000 lbs., while the 4" straps have a 24,000 lbs. webbing break strength. This is the strongest webbing in the industry! In terms of WLL, this means the 2" heavy duty ratchet straps have a limit of 5,400 lbs., while the 4" straps max out at 6,670 lbs.
The webbing has a higher abrasion-resistance than standard webbing, and includes a thicker edge to ensure a long lifespan. These edges are created using a concentration of tough webbing, a superior choice to using wires.
The heavy duty ratchet strap hardware is also well-made. The flat hooks and ratchets have a black powder coating, which the wire hooks and chain extensions have zinc plating. Both allow for increased resistance against the elements.

These straps are all labelled with their WLL and other production information, ensuing they meet DOT regulations, CVSA guidelines, CHP, North American Cargo Securement, and WSTDA standards.
