Description

These 1" stainless ratchets are stronger than the 1" thumb ratchet and have a higher break strength/work load limit. The type 304 stainless steel ratchet also contains Chromium which forms a passive layer when rust starts and stops rust from penetrating to the core of the material. The passive layer that protects the core of the material also repairs itself when scratched to form the passive layer again over the scratched area. Most 1" ratchet straps use the RAT26 or RAT26SS for the assembly as it provides superior strength for a 1" ratchet strap. Perfect for marine industry applications, the stainless steel ratchets are in stock and ready to ship immediately. Don't forget to check out our other 1" ratchets and cam buckles:

Ratchet Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."

Good quality and Fast Delivery Time

We utilize this ratchet on our custom fit "Ratchet" Boat Covers that our shop builds. They fit nicely in the felted pocket that we fit to the covers.
I order in quantities of 10-14 at a time & have always received our order exactly as ordered with quick delivery!
My only, sort of, complaint is that we pay tax when we are a licensed business with our resale certificate but definitely not a deal breaker for sure!
I will continue to purchase this ratchet...
Thanks for great service & a quality product!

Thank you for your reply. We enjoy hearing and seeing how our products are used.
We can certainly help you with the tax concern you mentioned. Please reach out to us and one of our reps can take care of you.

A real deal

A real deal for anyone looking for hold down ratchets used in salt water applications. Bought 4 units first time and then 6 more to replace all my galvanized tied downs I use on my boat and some for my dock neighbours . Delivered on time as promised. Had a problem with the removable ss bolt re the threads and US Cargo mailed me replacements within 3 days, great after sales support. First time buyer when this happened , they made it right as it should be. Great price.

The quality of

The quality of the ratchet itself for the little money it cost me is really great. I was in the steel fabrication business and know what it takes to make this product. It's scary how I can purchase something of such quality for such a cheap price. Having given you a 10 on 10 for value I was very upset when I first received the 4 ratchets as the removal binder SS pins with the nylon locking nut were gauled/seized in place and I had to use 1/2" tools to break the bolts and remove the nuts on 3 of the units. I called your company and am being sent free of charge 4 replacement bolts/pins at no cost , so I am happy if they are already where I had them shipped as I am travelling and not yet returned. Your QA missed this and it's probably a bad batch where incorrectly threaded nuts were forced on in China by a air tool in the assembly line .
Hope this helps, great product , great price, excellent after sales support from your rep.
Sincerely,
Peter
