Also known as stretch cord, this elasticized rope is great for making custom-length bungee cords just by adding ¼" bungee hooks on each end. The polyester jacket also gives a strong consistent stretch up to approximately 100% of its original length. This water resistant mid-size elastic cord is the ideal kayak shock cord. Also handy for various tie down uses while camping, hiking, canoeing, or in the home or garage. A multi-strand rubber core offers a consistent stretch, while a polyester jacket is marine-grade, so it resists cracks, UV rays, splits, and abrasions better than polypropylene fabric bungee cord. Black. Length: 500 foot. Also available in a 50 foot length and a 100 foot length.
