Cable Puller (also known as a come along), uses a ratcheting mechanism for pulling power of up to 4,000 lbs., making it an excellent tool for a variety of applications: light-duty vehicle recovery, material handling, moving heavy objects, etc. Easy to operate, with a one-piece ratcheting gear and drive, and a 16" long handle with end grip to provide plenty of leveraging power. The all steel construction is zinc plated and features galvanized aircraft-quality cable and two grab hooks with spring latches. Note: Designed for dead loads only; not safe for overhead lifting applications.
