This 68" x 86" headache rack is perfect for truckers who haul steel, heavy machinery, and other applications where chain tie downs are used. The reinforced chain racks and chain trays help to keep your tie downs organized and secure when not in use.
68" x 86" Truck Cab Rack Construction
To ensure long-lasting functionality and visual appeal, Sturdy-Lite headache racks are made from a high-strength premium aluminum alloy. CNC machining with laser cutting guarantees maximum consistency - each section is precisely cut for seamless construction - and all welding is done by an AWS-certified welder for optimal cohesion on all welds. All corners are welded and reinforced for a heavy-duty product that will last. The aluminum is .125" thick for durability.
A 5" structural I-beam offers bottom support for added longevity, and the diamond tread brite maintains its shine so it looks great with your truck.
