Description

Heavy-duty, industrial cargo nets provide a quick and easy alternative for tying down your cargo load in an interior van trailer. This 42" x 82" trailer cargo net features three 2" wide handle interior ratchets and six 2" spring E-fittings to allow for an adjustment range of 94" to 110". The end fitting on this item hooks directly into an E-track rail (not included), positively engaging with a spring-loaded keeper to hold it securely in place. Simply insert the E-fittings, and adjust the cargo net to your needs with the three attached ratchet assemblies. Manufactured with 2" industrial-grade, black polyester webbing for maximum strength and hold.

Safety Benefits:

  • Minimizes risk of injury.
  • Reduces product damages while opening trailer doors after transit.
  • Greatly reduces insurance claims.

Need a cargo net that offers more control in the tightening process? Check out our 42" x 82" cargo net with cam bucklets. The cam buckles make adjusting the net faster, and it is easier to control the tension than with a ratcheting mechanism.

We can also create a custom cargo net to meet your exact specifications. Call our sales team for more information or to place an order.

Ratchet Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
