Great customer service if there's a problem don't hesitate to call they will make it right
Was not the size I expected. I was looking for 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. But it ended up working fine for what I needed.
I ordered 4 of the 1-1/2 inch Round Pipe U Bolt, 3/8"-16 Thread Zinc. When they arrived I discovered they were the wrong size - they were 2-1/4 inch. When I called customer service I was told that I should have looked at the attached specifications (which were not there when ordering) and if I wanted to return them I could get a refund but would have to pay for the return shipping. The description of the item should have been specific and not make it my fault that I did not search to make sure that the description was accurate. It should have been accurate to begin with.
