Covering a 15' x 20' work area, this personnel safety net joins knotted nylon fall-protection netting to a WS70 1/16" debris liner in a single two-ply panel for combined worker and small-particle protection.
Built for Fall Protection & Debris Containment
- High-Tenacity Nylon Mesh: Three-strand twisted #120 (5.0 mm) high-tenacity nylon cord (210/378 denier) knotted into a 3.5" (90 mm) diamond mesh, weighing 0.0650 lb/ft², for high-impact shock absorption.
- High-Strength Rope Border: A 1/2" high-tenacity nylon synthetic rope rated to 6,700 lb reinforces the full perimeter of the panel.
- Quick-Connect Attachment System: Staggered 120 mm snap hooks every 4 feet on-center allow multiple panels to be joined without gaps in coverage.
- Two-Ply Liner Construction: The WS70 1/16" debris liner (0.0358 lb/ft²) attaches to the structural net's border rope with 15-gauge hog ring crimp fasteners for lightweight, tear-resistant small-debris capture.
Important: the WS70 liner is designed for small-particle containment (tools, fasteners, small hardware) and is not a substitute for a dedicated debris containment system. Large construction debris should be managed with a separate containment solution.
Tested to Industry Standards
- Dynamic Drop-Tested: Rated to 17,500 ft-lb per the ANSI A10.11 test method (350 lb weight dropped three times from 50 ft into a 17×24 ft bordered net).
- Meets OSHA Requirements: Complies with OSHA regulations governing personnel net installations.
- Flame-Retardant Treated: Meets NFPA 701 Method 2.
- UV Resistant: UV rated to 300 kLy.
