Nuts and Washers
Nuts and washers are foundational components for any secure fastening system. Whether used in construction, transportation, or mechanical assemblies, they work together to create strong, stable joints capable of withstanding pressure, vibration, and load shifts.

- USS F436 Structural Flat Washers: F436 Flat Washers are built for use with A325 hex bolts, these washers increase bearing surface area and protect materials during installation in structural applications.
- SAE Flat Washers: SAE Flat washers are designed to pair with bolts and threaded rod of matching material. Available in 316 and 18-8 stainless steel, they evenly spread the load and reduce surface pressure.

Direct Tension Indicator (DTI) Washers: DTI washers include slotted bumps to verify tension during bolt installation, ensuring accuracy without over-tightening. Offered in plain and mechanically galvanized finishes.
- DTI Squirter Washers: An advanced version of DTI washers with orange silicone that visibly indicates when proper tension has been achieved, adding a layer of assurance to critical connections.
Nut Types Available
Nuts feature threaded holes and are designed to join multiple components when used with bolts. Our inventory covers a wide variety of nut styles for general and structural applications.
- Coupling Nuts: Also called extension nuts, these female-threaded fasteners connect two male-threaded components, such as threaded rod. Available in plain, hot dip galvanized, zinc, and stainless steel, with reducing couplers for mixed diameters.
- Hex Nuts: Standard six-sided nuts used in nearly every industry. Offered in plain, galvanized, and stainless steel finishes for versatile use.
- Heavy Hex Nuts: Heavy Hex nuts are larger and thicker than standard hex nuts, these are designed for structural use. A563 nuts match with A325 bolts, while A194 variants pair with B7 threaded rod.
