Split Lock Washers
Split lock washers, also known as spring lock washers, are designed to help maintain clamping force in bolted assemblies exposed to movement or vibration. Their split, helical shape creates tension between the fastener and the surface it's installed against, producing a spring-like effect that helps resist back-off under load.
