Crosby® HR-1000 Heavy Lift Swivel Hoist Ring
This Crosby® HR-1000 Heavy Lift Hoist Ring-this size bolt diameter, " bolt length-is built for the applications where standard hoist ring bail clearance isn't enough and field conditions demand more durability. The oversized forged bail makes hook and rigging attachment faster and reduces interference under load, while 360° swivel and 180° pivot keep 100% WLL available from any angle.

Heavier-Built for Demanding Field Use
- Larger Forged Bail: The oversized forged bail provides more clearance for sling hooks and rigging hardware than standard hoist ring designs, making hook attachment faster and reducing interference under load.
- Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel: All load-bearing components are heat treated for toughness and fatigue resistance in demanding field environments.
- 360° Swivel and 180° Pivot: Full range of motion maintains 100% WLL at any pull angle from 0° to 90°, including side-pull applications.
- Color-Coded Washer: Red for UNC threads, silver for metric. WLL and recommended torque permanently stamped on the washer for quick field reference.

Proper Use of Crosby® HR-1000 Hoist Rings
Torque to Specification
Install to the torque value stamped on the washer. Torque values are based on clean, dry, unlubricated threads. Do not apply lubricant unless specifically directed by Crosby®.
Verify Free Movement Before Each Lift
Before loading, confirm the bail pivots and swivels through its full range of motion. Do not proceed if movement is restricted or if any component shows damage.
When to Choose HR-1000 vs. HR-125
Select the HR-1000 when you need larger bail clearance for hooks, when operating in rough field environments, or when additional durability is required beyond the standard HR-125. The Crosby® HR-125 Swivel Hoist Rings is the right choice for standard production and indoor applications.
