4" Crosby® Easy-Loc Bolt Type Anchor Shackle Collar
A 4" replacement locking collar for the Crosby® G2130E and G2140E Easy-Loc Bolt Type Anchor Shackles - for crews replacing a worn, damaged, or missing collar without buying a whole new shackle.
Easy-Loc Collar Key Features
- Tool-less locking collar - installs and releases by hand, no wrenches needed
- Part of the Easy-Loc system that replaces the nut and cotter pin used on a standard bolt type anchor shackle
- Confirmed fitment: Stock No. 1025828 - fits the 4" G2130E (150 ton) and the 4" G2140E (175 ton)
- Rated for the same service range as the shackle: -40°F (-40°C) to 400°F (204°C)
- Made of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel
Tool-less Collar Design
The locking collar is the part of the Crosby® Easy-Loc system that takes the daily wear - repeated open-and-close cycles on a job site. This 4" replacement collar lets you restore tool-less locking on an existing G2130E or G2140E Easy-Loc shackle without replacing the whole assembly.
Inspection and Recertification
The collar is part of the shackle’s securing system, so treat its replacement like any other work on load-bearing hardware: fit only genuine Crosby® parts, inspect the shackle before it goes back into service, and where required have a qualified person recertify it. Confirm your shackle’s stamped model number and size before ordering.
Need the Bolt as Well?
Crosby supplies the Easy-Loc bolt and the locking collar under separate stock numbers, so a worn bolt is a separate replacement. If the bolt shows wear, scoring, or thread damage, a new collar on its own will not restore the assembly - the matching 4" Easy-Loc bolt kit includes both the bolt and its locking collar in one order.
The Easy-Loc system is also compatible with standard Crosby® G-2130 and G-2140 bolt type anchor shackles already in service, so crews can move to tool-less bolt securement without retiring sound shackles. Contact us to confirm the Easy-Loc parts needed for your shackle's size.
