Crosby® G2140E Easy-Loc Replacement Bolt Kit - 2-1/2"
A 2-1/2" replacement bolt kit for the Crosby® G2140E Easy-Loc Bolt Type Anchor Shackle (85-ton WLL) - for replacing a worn or damaged bolt without buying a new shackle.
A worn or damaged bolt is one of the most common reasons a rigging shackle gets pulled from service - even when the body itself is still sound. This bolt kit is sized for the Crosby® G2140E 2-1/2" Easy-Loc Bolt Type Anchor Shackle, so a crew can replace the load-bearing bolt directly rather than sourcing a whole new shackle.
Easy-Loc Bolt Kit Key Features
- Sized to match the G2140E 2-1/2" Easy-Loc Bolt Type Anchor Shackle
- Full kit includes both the bolt and its matching locking collar
- Restores the shackle to its full rated Working Load Limit when correctly fitted and inspected
- Forged alloy steel bolt, quenched and tempered to match the G2140E alloy shackle line
- Always inspect and, where required, have a qualified person recertify a shackle after replacing load-bearing hardware
- Rated for the same service range as the shackle: -40°F (-40°C) to 400°F (204°C)
