Threaded Rod
Threaded rod, also known as all-thread, is a fully threaded bar that connects materials with strength and reliability. It’s a go-to solution for anchoring, mounting, bracing, and extending connections across wood, concrete, and metal. When paired with compatible hex nuts and flat washers, threaded rod delivers long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Whether you're working in structural, plumbing, electrical, or general construction, we offer a wide range of threaded rod types to meet your exact needs.
Threaded Rod Options
- 316 Stainless Steel: Maximum corrosion resistance for harsh environments and saltwater exposure. Best when paired with 316 stainless hex nuts and flat washers.
- 304 Stainless Steel: Excellent corrosion resistance for multipurpose use, including hanging lights, fixtures, and sprinkler systems. Use with 304 stainless nuts and washers.
- A307 Plain Finish: General-purpose rod for dry indoor environments. Ideal for supporting fixtures, lighting, and HVAC components. Compatible with plain finish flat washers and Grade 2 hex nuts.
- A307 Hot Dip Galvanized: Enhanced corrosion resistance over plain finish. Suitable for more exposed conditions while maintaining ease of use. Pair with hot-dip galvanized nuts and washers.
- Grade 55 Plain Finish: Designed for structural anchoring such as stop lights or poles. Use indoors with plain finish washers and Grade 2 nuts for secure connections.
- Grade 55 Hot Dip Galvanized: Built for structural anchoring in harsh outdoor environments. Offers excellent corrosion resistance. Use with hot-dip galvanized hardware for best results.
- Grade B7 Plain Finish: High-strength threaded rod for bolting flanges in high-pressure and high-temperature systems. Dry indoor use only. Use with A194 Grade 2H heavy hex nuts and F436 flat washers (plain finish).
- Grade B7 Hot Dip Galvanized: Offers the same high-temp and high-pressure strength as standard B7 but with added corrosion resistance. Use with galvanized A194 2H nuts and F436 washers.
- Zinc Plated A307: Common in plumbing, manufacturing, and construction. Moderate corrosion resistance makes it ideal for indoor or lightly exposed settings. Zinc coating adds protection without sacrificing thread integrity.
