5/8" x 25' Grade 100 Chain Tie Down
When it comes to your heavy-duty loads, choose grade 100 tie down chain. Assembled in the USA with premium 5/16" KWB European-made chain and imported clevis grab hooks, they are built to last. They offer better resistance to abrasion and fatigue, along with higher working load limits.
22,600 lbs. Heavy-Duty Tie Down Chain Construction
Due to the higher alloy content in grade 100 chain tie downs, they are 25% stronger than grade 80 chain options. This means it offers higher strength at a lighter weight so it's easier to handle!
The clevis grab hooks on each end have a non-cradle design that allow them to fit through a flatbed trailer rub rail for quick yet secure connections, and the shallow throat opening lets you easily connect to chain. The cotter pin means you can replace damaged hooks with little hassle.
Note: G100 tie down chain is not approved for overhead lifting because the hooks have an exposed cotter pin.
G100 Truck Tie Down Chain Industry Compliance
All of our tie down chain is DOT compliant and meets or exceeds FMCSA CFR49 Section 393.104 and NACM Welded Steel Chain Specifications. The hooks are embossed with the size and the grade, and the chain has grade embossing on the back of each link. They are also stamped with the manufacturer and grade every 36". This ensures you can quickly identify the chain you need, and that inspections are stress-free.
