Protect your items from theft with this Pewag security chain kit. This kit features Pewag 3/8" case-hardened security chain and a high quality viro security lock. The combination of the square chain on the lock prevents thieves from getting a bolt cutter on the lock while the chain itself won't cut from a bolt cutter due to its design and hardness. This chain is very robust and designed to protect more industrial type items and facilities.
About Pewag security chain The Pewag 3/8" square security chain has been specially hardened to 63 HRC 10% deep, which makes it extremely tough to cut with any standard tools. Unlike standard round chain, the square design of this chain won't allow bolt cutters to cut through it.
About Viro security locks The Viro Panzer locks are extremely high quality security locks designed to work with our Pewag square security chain for maximum security. A unique design does not allow for any tools to get a grip to cut or open the lock. This lock is supplied with 3 Viro top security profile nickel-plated brass keys.
Protect your chain with a 2" Cordura wear sleeve.

Though we haven't had any attempts at theft, this looks like it will prevent or at least slow down the thief. I wish they had an eye bolt that this would fit through. I bought a 3/4" galvanized one from another company that was big enough.
Lacking a storage space for my SUP, it now is stored on my car. I have it secured with locking reinforced straps, but given the rash of burglaries I decided I needed more security. When I found your product, I was stoked, the lock is awesome and the chain is more than I bargained for. When I chose 3/8" I thought that would be the size of the chain, not the size of the steel the chain is made of! Nonetheless, I kept it because it does the trick, and if I ever need to secure a forklift, I have what I need. Great product, I'm glad I found you guys.
very satisfied with product and delivery
