Crosby Eye and Eye Turnbuckle | 1/2" x 6"
Turnbuckles are an essential rigging component. Used to adjust line tension, they are commonly used in tower, construction, and suspension applications, along with many others. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel for corrosion-resistance and durability, these heavy-duty turnbuckles can easily handle the demands of your jobsite.
Reinforced Crosby Turnbuckle End Fittings
The quenched and tempered or normalized turnbuckles eyes are elongated, simplifying the attachment process and minimizing eye stress. They also come with a modified UNJ thread, improving the fatigue properties.
Superior Testing & Design
Another way Crosby ensures the longevity of their turnbuckles is through comprehensive testing and disciplined design. They go above and beyond the standard ASME B30.26 requirements - they also meet additional critical performance requirements such as fatigue life, impact properties, and material traceability. These turnbuckles also meet the performance requirements of Federal Specifications FF-T-791B, Type 1 Form 1 - CLASS 4 and ASTM F-1145 (excepting the provisions required of the contractor).

- Fatigue-rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the working load limit
- UNC-threaded body
