Car Hauler Trailer Tie Downs

Wheel straps are the best choice for car haulers - most have flexible end fittings such as J-hooks or wire hooks that can work with a wide range of anchor points. The design keeps the strap close to the wheel for a secure hold, and the industrial-grade polyester webbing is UV-, abrasion-, and water-resistant. It also has low elasticity to ensure your vehicles stay in place.

Strap Positioning

Many of the car hauler wheel straps come with rubber cleats that are designed to fit into the treads of the tires. This ensures the strap stays in place.

How Many Straps Do I Need?

It's recommended to tie down all four tires of each vehicle you are transporting. When choosing straps, make sure to confirm that the combined working load limit (WLL) of the four straps is greater than the weight of your vehicle.

You will also need to measure the tire size to ensure the straps will fit.
