Description

Conquest 3/4" x 3' 316 Stainless Steel Coarse Threaded Rod

The Conquest 3/4" x 3' 316 Stainless Steel Coarse Threaded Rod is built for long-span anchoring and high-load bracing in corrosive and moisture-heavy environments. Fully threaded and constructed from marine-grade stainless steel, it’s ideal for structural applications requiring durability and uninterrupted thread engagement.

When pairing a nut with threaded rod, the material and finish must match. If these do not match, the nut will not fit the threaded rod.

Extended-Length Rod for Marine, Chemical, and Structural Applications

This rod supports deep anchoring and longer mechanical spans with minimal need for couplers or splicing. Its 316 stainless construction protects against rust and degradation, while coarse threading ensures a reliable grip in heavy-duty fastener systems.

Key Features

  • 316 Stainless Steel: Resists saltwater, humidity, and chemical exposure.
  • 3-Foot Full Length: Excellent for long-run structural or suspended systems.
  • 10 TPI Coarse Threads: Strong engagement and standard fit with 3/4"-10 fasteners.
  • Fully Threaded: Supports custom cutting and field modification.
  • Heavy-Duty Build: Handles tension, load, or vibration in exposed areas.

Applications

  • Marine and dock anchoring systems
  • HVAC suspension and long framing runs
  • Equipment bracing and chemical facility frameworks
  • Structural tie-downs and baseplate systems
  • Corrosion-prone commercial builds

Installation Tips

  • Thread the rod completely through your fastening components to maintain alignment and structural integrity.
  • Deburr cut ends to allow smooth threading of nuts and fittings.
  • Always pair with matching 316 stainless steel nuts and washers for proper fit and corrosion resistance.

Perfect for the job!

I cut these in half and epoxied into concrete to securely anchor a pergola. Used 316 SS to protect against corrosion from the concrete and any reaction from the aluminum pergola bases. Metal cutting blade on a reciprocating saw made smooth cuts. Happy with the results!

Thinking outside the box

I found all the hardware I needed from fasteners plus.
To make a floating barbecue.

Worked great

Wind blew new Weber grill off the deck and bowed out the middle so the lid wouldn’t close and the grates in the middle fell in
Ordered stainless threaded rod and used it to pull the middle back in. Worked great
