Description
Our stainless steel wire rope thimbles are made of durable type 316 stainless steel. As opposed to the more common type 304 steel, the type 316 contains the added element molybdenum which increases the materials corrosive resistance to high chloride environments and other marine applications. A poplular choice for marine rigging, these regular duty thimbles, sometimes called standard or light duty, are great for light duty applications.
