Bolthold SP10-38 Asphalt Anchor - Zinc Plated
The Bolthold SP10-38 asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution engineered specifically for asphalt installations. This 6" anchor is ideal for mounting bike racks, signage, machinery, and similar fixtures directly into asphalt surfaces. Each anchor is pre-installed with a 1" hex bolt and 1" diameter washer, installs flush with the surface, and allows mounted items to be removed cleanly without leaving protrusions.
Notice: Do not install anchors with tile grout. Bolthold anchors must be installed using the specified EPX2 or EPX3 specialty grout only.
SP10-38 Asphalt Anchor - Flush-Mount Anchoring for Asphalt Surfaces
Designed for strength and serviceability, the SP10-38 anchor requires a 7/8" diameter hole drilled 6" deep and the use of compatible grout to achieve proper holding power. A wide top header prevents pull-through while keeping the anchor flush with the asphalt, making it ideal for both permanent and removable installations.

Installation Tips
- Drill a 7/8" diameter hole to a depth of 6" for proper anchor embedment.
- Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 3".

- One six-pack of EPX2 grout. (12 oz. bags) - Each Bag Of EPX2 grout installs (4-5) SP10-38 Anchors.
- One EPX2 tub of grout. (10 lb. tub) - Each Tub Of EPX2 grout installs (50-60) SP10-38 Anchors.
- Two EPX3 cartridges of grout. (10 oz. tube) - Each Tube Of EPX3 grout installs (4-5) SP10-38 Anchors.
