Split Vaulted Headache Rack for Semi Trucks
Add weather-protected storage to your truck with a vaulted headache rack. The combination of a high-quality .125" thick aluminum alloy, expert welding, and a weatherproof seal makes it perfect for protecting your supplies from the elements.
This 3-door vaulted enclosure has a bar window, perfect for a day cab pulling a removable gooseneck trailer. There are chain hangers in the left compartment and shelves on the right, and the center vault is open for easy configuration.
68" x 80" Enclosed Cab Rack Construction
To ensure long-lasting functionality and visual appeal, Sturdy-Lite headache racks are made from a high-strength premium aluminum alloy. CNC machining with laser cutting guarantees maximum consistency - each section is precisely cut for seamless construction - and all welding is done by an AWS-certified welder for optimal cohesion on all welds. All corners are welded and reinforced for a heavy-duty product that will last.
A continuous rubber gasket creates a weatherproof seal to keep moisture and dust out, and the T-handle locks have a cover to keep the elements from getting in. A 5" structural I-beam offers bottom support for added longevity, and the polished aluminum doors and smooth body look great with your truck.

Mount and Load Up Your Enclosed Headache Rack
Once you've picked out your enclosed headache rack, you have to mount and fill it!
For mounting racks, we offer a standard U-bolt kit that fits most applications, as well as straight-frame kit to accommodate small obstacles around the frame and a side mount kit that mounts to the side of the main frame and cab rack foot for more unusual situations where something is already mounted in the standard headache rack location. Note: For safety reasons, never reuse a mounting kit.
