68" x 80" Truck Cab Rack Construction
To ensure long-lasting functionality and visual appeal, Sturdy-Lite headache racks are made from a high-strength premium aluminum alloy. CNC machining with laser cutting guarantees maximum consistency - each section is precisely cut for seamless construction - and all welding is done by an AWS-certified welder for optimal cohesion on all welds. All corners are welded and reinforced for a heavy-duty product that will last. The aluminum is .125" thick for durability.
A 5" structural I-beam offers bottom support for added longevity, and the diamond tread brite maintains its shine so it looks great with your truck.
Sturdy-Lite Aluminum Headache Rack Features:

- Side Mounting Kit Included - Mounts to the side of the frame and the cab rack foot. For safety reasons, never reuse a mounting kit.
