Description
Description
This 4" fixed end ratchet strap features a zinc-coated ratchet on one end and a 3/8" chain extension on the other. This chain tiedown features grade 70 chain anchors that have eye grab hooks. The strap itself features durable and weather-resistant polyester webbing that has a 20,000 lb. break strength. Ratchet straps with chain ends are great heavy equipment ratchet straps for commercial use.
Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
