A 3" wide tie down strap is considered to be a high-quality, heavy-duty option. This webbing is extremely durable, weather-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, but it is a lighter option than a 4" strap. This 3" x 30' ratchet strap features a zinc-plated, wide-handled ratchet and flat hook end fittings. This flat hook ratchet strap features hooks with a black powder coat finish and a built-in defender where the hook attaches to the strap. Ratchet Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
