Description

Plasma® slings are a lightweight, synthetic sling option that can be used in place of wire rope slings in many cases. Plasma slings are equally as strong as wire rope slings, but they are lighter in weight and safer with a lower risk of recoil. Plasma slings are also easy to splice and repair in the field.

This 1-1/2" by 18' Plasma eye & eye sling is made with Plasma 12 strand rope that features a modified tuck splice. The 12 strand rope is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) that has been through a recrystallization process to strengthen it. It is coated in polyurethane to increase UV, water, and corrosion resistance. Each Plasma sling is load tested to confirm fabrication meets the highest degree of excellence.

This domestic-made sling offers you strength and capability, but if you need a custom sling, fill out our custom options available.
