This 1-5/8" diameter Plasma® 12x12 rope is a high-strength synthetic rope option that has been enhanced by Cortland’s recrystallization process. The Plasma 12x12 is made up of 12 pieces of Plasma 12 strand rope that have been braided together to provide you with a larger rope option.

Plasma or Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) rope is the same or greater in strength size for size as wire rope, but it can be seven times lighter. The lightweight nature along with the flexibility, safety, corrosion resistance, and more offer advantages over wire rope alternatives.

Plasma Rope by the Foot Ordering FAQ

Does this rope come as one length? Yes, the quantity you add to the cart will be provided as one unbroken length of rope. So if you add this to the cart with a quantity of 100, you will receive one 100-foot long rope.

Can I order multiple separate lengths? Yes. For example, if you need two 110-foot lengths of rope, you would set the quantity to 110 and then add that to the cart twice. For each separate instance you add this to the cart, you will get a separate length of rope.

Can I order lengths less than the minimum order quantity if when combined they will be greater than the minimum order quantity? Yes - please call to speak to one of our product experts to place this order.
