SMS Terms of Service

When you opt in to receive text messages from US Cargo Control, you may receive automated marketing and transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) sent to the mobile number you provided. These messages may include promotional offers, cart reminders, order updates, shipping notifications, delivery alerts, and customer service communications. 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time or text “JOIN” to start receiving messages again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We may share SMS-related information (including phone numbers and messaging activity) with trusted service providers who help deliver and manage our messaging programs. These providers are permitted to use this information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your information.
