Green Pin Jaw & Eye Turnbuckles
Van Beest Green Pin®Jaw & Eye turnbuckles are designed with a jaw fitting on one end and an eye fitting on the other end. They are made from drop-forged high-tensile steel SAE 1035 or 1045, and are compliant with standards such as ASTM F1145-92 (formerly U.S. Federal Specification FF-T-791b).
A works or proof load certificate is available upon request.
Jaw & Eye End Fittings
The G-6315 jaw ends up to and including 5/8" are fitted with bolts and nuts, while sizes 3/4" and up are equipped with pins and cotters.
Eyes are forged and elongated for easy assembly and more uniform stress distribution.
Van Beest Jaw and Eye Turnbuckle Features:
- Suitable for lifting when Van Beest's official use instructions are followed.
- Proof load is 2x the WLL.
- MBL is 5x the WLL.
- Marked with working load limit, as well as manufacturer's symbol, thread diameter, traceability code, and thread.
NOTE: Turnbuckles are intended for straight or in-line pulling only.
