Eye and Eye Round Sling - Polyester

An eye and eye round polyester sling is a cost-effective and lightweight lifting device. They work with all hitch types (vertical, basket, and choker), and are designed with a protective jacket over the load-bearing core.

These durable jackets provide a layer of protection for the loadbearing core, and include a tag with capacities, serial number, and more.

Why Choose an Eye and Eye Round Sling?

Manufactured in polyester, eye & eye round slings only stretch at 3-5% at rated capacity, making them superior to nylon for low headroom applications. They're better able to hold the load without the risk of locking up as well.

The polyester webbing also has other benefits:

  • Resists water absorption so it won't weaken, rot, or mildew when used in wet or damp environments
  • Resistant to most chemicals (except concentrated acids and bleaches) and
  • Can be safely used in temperatures up to 194 degrees Fahrenheit.

These slings meet exceed ASME B30.26, WSTDA RS-1, and OSHA standards, and come tagged with capacities, serial number, and more.

Sling Proof Testing Certificates

For a nominal fee, you can receive a proof testing certificate. Testing is performed in the factory where the sling is pull tested to 2x the vertical rating and officially recorded as proof for governing bodies. Because slings are tested randomly during production, you must request a certificate at the time you order.
