Manufactured in 100% cotton for a softer touch than synthetic ropes. Cotton rope is a good choice for uses that involve handling such as camping, pet supplies, harnesses, awnings, clotheslines, flag poles, etc. Easy to splice; holds knots well. It is more prone to strength loss through deterioration, especially if left wet for an extended time, but holds up to UV rays.
