Merritt® truck tool box in a lightweight aluminum is roomy enough to hold ropes, chains, tools and more. The double door style features a lap joint weld construction to offer more strength than traditional butt weld aluminum tool boxes. Automotive grade door seals, an extruded door frame and ultra high molecular weight (UHMV) plastic on the inside striker plate creates a longer latch life and a weather tight seal. Two T-handle cup latches in polished stainless steel are lockable. Piano-style hinges and #8 grade polished finish create a sharp look (tool box is shipped with removable coatings on the doors for extra protection).
Space saving style mounts directly onto the underside of a semi truck, a trailer, or a flatbed truck with mounting brackets (not included, sold here).
