Description
This 3" wide ratchet strap is a heavy-duty option for those tougher applications. This 3" x 20’ cargo strap is fitted with flat hook end fittings. These flat hook ratchet straps are great options for use in the flatbed industry to secure loads. These straps are high-quality with a wide-handled ratchet that has zinc-plated coating for corrosion resistance. The flat black powder-coated hooks have a defender at the slot to protect the webbing from wear at the point of contact. Other colors, sizes, and end fittings are always available by special order- give us a call for more information.
Compliant with Industry Standards
All of our ratchet straps are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
