A 4" ratchet strap is stronger than the more commonly-used 2" straps, providing the robustness you need to secure heavy-duty loads.
Don't see exactly what you need? Custom straps are also available. Additional configurations and hardware, including endless straps, cam buckles, and more, can be made to order as 4" cargo straps.
All of our straps are labeled with break strength and working load limit to meet DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.
Our entire line of heavy-duty trailer straps are manufactured for quality and durability.
Our standard options feature 20K polyester webbing, which resists shrinkage, abrasions, water absorption, and degradation from the sun’s UV rays.
The rugged ratchet mechanism tightens the webbing securely, while a lift of the ratchet handle loosens the strap for a quick release. Because the ratcheting action makes the strength adjustable, a 4" ratchet strap is always a better choice than tarp straps, rope, etc. in securing heavy loads.
The Blackline versions are made from even stronger webbing - it has a break strength of 24,000 lbs.!
These heavy-duty ratchet straps utilize a long-handled ratchet for ease of use, and the end hardware is either zinc-plated or powder-coated for additional protection.
Each end fitting option works best in different scenarios.
4" ratchet straps with flat hooks are incredibly versatile. They can be attached directly to your trailer's side rail and are compatible with E-track too!
Wire hook HD straps are the ideal choice when your anchor point is tight on space. Their shape is narrow, meaning they can fit where other end fittings might not.
Transporting heavy equipment? Choose the 4" ratchet straps with chain ends for extra security.
Straps with D-rings are popular because they are compatible with most other connection hardware. If your anchor point already has a hook, you can easily attach it to the D-ring.
Make sure your heavy-duty truck straps last with protective accessories.
To safeguard your load and extend the life of your ratchet strap, add a corner protector. Our edge protectors are available in a variety of sizes and materials. Whether you are hauling drywall, plywood, brick, or steel sheeting, we have a corner protector to meet your needs.
In addition to protecting your cargo, an edge protector reduces the friction points on the tie down straps and distributes the strap pressure over a wider surface area on the cargo.
While the polyester web offers resistance to abrasions, Cordura wear sleeves offer an additional protective layer. Just slide it onto the strap and position it where needed.
