This pan fitting is made from corrosion resistant, hot dip galvanized steel and is designed to mount flush in your trailer floor but will require you to cut a hole in order to recess the bottom. The large flip-up D-ring anchor point is plated for durability, folds away when not in use, and is versatile enough to accept most tie down hooks and hardware.

I searched around
I searched around several box stores and truck supply stores before I found US Cargo Control on line. They killed everyone else on price and the fittings are almost identical to the ones I 'almost' bought.

the d rings were great just wish they had carriage bolt holes
we had to make them square mount hole plus I had to order mounting plates from a competitor since your site didn't have them

They are as shown and shipped fast...BUT I didn't clue in to the fact they are round holes and unless modified they do not accept carriage bolts. Using a machine hex head bolt which stands proud of the plate defeats the whole purpose of a recessed tie-down IMO. Why they weren't produced with square holes for 3/8" carriage bolts is beyond me.
