Also called snap binders, lever chain binders tighten the chain with a fast, simple lever action. Rugged design has a forged steel handle and is made to be used with 5/16" grade 70 transport chain. All our USCC chain binders meet both DOT and FMCSA regulations, and are stamped with the size, break strength, and working load limit.

Also available in a single quantity. We also carry several ratchet chain binder options.
