The rugged design features a forged steel handle; intended for use with 5/16" grade 70 transport chain. All of our chain load binders meet both FMCSA and DOT regulations; stamped with size, break strength, and work load limit information for quick reference. Quantity per pack: 4. Also available in single quantities: 3/8" - 1/2" lever binder. We also carry a 3/8" - 1/2" ratcheting binder 5-pack.
